Warranty Coverage

It does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, modifications, unauthorized repairs, or external factors (such as power fluctuations).

Repair or Replacement
During the warranty period, we will repair or replace products that meet the warranty requirements free of charge.

Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for safely delivering the defective product to our designated repair location, at your own expense.
We recommend backing up data on any storage devices before shipping, as repairs may result in data loss.
Warranty Exclusions
The following are not covered by this warranty: normal wear and tear, consumables (such as batteries), software issues, and problems caused by unauthorized accessories.
